Terms of Service
By joining the Revéla waitlist or purchasing a founding member access, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. About Revéla
Revéla is a pre-launch AI personal color analysis application. The product identifies your seasonal color type from a selfie and provides outfit recommendations from your wardrobe. Revéla is developed by Ibrahim Ali, operating under the domain myrevela.app.
2. The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no financial obligation. By joining, you consent to receiving email updates about Revéla's launch, early access invites, and relevant product announcements. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
3. Founding member offer
Price: $49 USD, one-time payment. No subscription, no recurring charges.
What you get: Lifetime access to all Revéla features — including every feature added after launch — at no additional cost.
When access activates: Founding member access is granted when the app publicly launches. Your payment reserves your spot and locks in the lifetime pricing permanently.
Launch timing: We are targeting a public iOS and Android launch in July 2026. This date is a target, not a guarantee. If we are unable to launch, founding members will receive a full refund.
Payment processing: Payments are processed by Gumroad, the Merchant of Record. Gumroad handles tax calculation and remittance in applicable jurisdictions.
4. Refund policy
Founding members are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email hello@myrevela.app with your order details and we'll process it within 48 hours.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Revéla for any unlawful purpose
- Upload content you don't have the right to use
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the service
- Use the service to harm, harass, or deceive others
- Share your account access with others
6. AI analysis disclaimer
Revéla's color analysis is generated by AI and is intended for personal style guidance only. Results are based on the selfie provided and the AI's interpretation. We make no guarantee that the analysis will match the assessment of a professional color consultant, though we strive for high accuracy. Color analysis is subjective and individual results may vary.
7. Intellectual property
The Revéla name, logo, and all product content are owned by Ibrahim Ali. You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant Revéla a limited licence to process them for the sole purpose of providing the service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revéla is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you by email if we make material changes. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
